Please do not include passwords, the #k=… part of an invitation link or personal information in your email. For circle problems, it is enough to write only the room ID (the 26 characters after /h/ in the link).

Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up. You download the app and start using it.
The invitation link will not open or says "key missing".
Copy the whole link, including the #k=… at the end. Some apps cut off this part.
My circle was deleted.
Circles with no activity for 90 days are automatically deleted. Circles closed by the organiser or through reports also become inaccessible.
I want to delete my data.
Because there are no accounts, no personal data is kept; circle data is deleted after 90 days. If you want it deleted sooner, the organiser can close the circle, or you can write to us with the room ID.
Reporting and removing content
If you see insults, fraud (e.g. collecting money, sharing an IBAN), hate speech, disclosure of personal data or inappropriate content, use the Report this circle link on the circle page. If several people report the same circle, it is closed automatically. You can also write to [email protected] with the room ID and the reason; reports are reviewed and, if necessary, the circle is closed (notice-and-takedown under Law No. 5651). A report of unlawful content should include your name, your contact details and the location of the content (room ID).
